I love these collars, I've had several, but the one I just received didn't come with the battery even though the description says the battery is included. Does anyone know how to reach this seller? I wish they would contact me.I walk my dog off leash, and got this so I could see her better if we are out when it gets dark. It is bright, it looks pink when it is off, and red when it is turned on. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is pretty short, and even on my smaller dog it doesn’t even make it 1/2 way around her neck.Batteries didn’t work am returning. Had them before and never had this problem, disappointed.The practicality & security of this high-visibility collar is perfect for walks at night.Only had this for about a week now but it is definitely what we needed for our fast-moving puppy. We live in the country and have a lot of land. We have a puppy (who is now 10 weeks old) and this is exactly what we need to help keep an eye on her at night, especially for the late-night potty outings. And with daylight savings time coming and it being darker sooner, this will be a must-have. I was worried it would not fit on her collar because the collar is not that big, but it fits the smaller puppy collar fine, and it will fit her next collar perfectly as she continues to grow. One great thing about this is that it will grow with her. I will be sure to update if I find it is not durable, but so far we are quite pleased.I put these on the harness so it's quick and easy to put onto my dog before the early morning walks. I've noticed that cars seem to slow down more, when they realize that there is someone there. My first ones were great but on the ones for my second dog the battery arrived nearly dead. Swapping was quick and easy. It works like it should have after the swap.I have used several types of lights for my Dog. The tag ones-- he scratches his neck so much they breaks the light or it comes off of the collar.Other collar lights-- I had one with a design, he ruined the design in 1 week. At night he would scratch his neck & light would come on & sometimes flash, looking like EMTS were outside of our house.This particular Nite Ize Nite Dawg LED Collar Cover is a replacement for the one my dog has on now. Which I originally bought at Bass pro 2 yr ago. It will only fit standard collars, not the wide martingale collars. However, it is durable. Stays on well, although it will bunch up. He does not turn it on very often by scratching.This is the Best Collar light I have found for dogs that scratch their necks a lot.We have an invisible fence for our dog so he has to wear a specific collar. This Velcros right onto the collar. Is very secure and is low profile so my dog doesn’t even notice it. This is my second one and have bought for a giftHave used these before and this one didn’t disappointBrilliant ... used day and night on small dark dog and particularly useful because it fits over an existing collar. Option for flashing lights useful if lots going on. I did think it was expensive but the time/energy saved in not falling over the dog, and being able to see her in the garden is worth every penny. Bought several more as Christmas presents!great item. i keep it attached to my dogs lead at the lower end. feel she / her lead can be safely seen when i want to cross a road in the dark.Perfect for the dark nights. Easy to attach.Nice colour but battery easily exposed. Has to send back after a week as only worked intermittently
