It’s a good idea and a decent hat for the winter but the light is just so minuscule it does nothingThey loved them. I gave out 9 of these in different colors as part of early Christmas gifts for our family White Christmas snowboarding trip. Excellent for night activities.I bought two of these hats as gifts. Perfect to wear when it’s dark outside and need hands free light! My husband uses it when he takes the garbage out at night and when cooking on the outdoor grill in the evening. Good value.Bought this for my boyfriend because he likes to work outside around the house at night. The hat fits him perfect, and the led light is actually pretty bright. I'm thinking of ordering another one for myself.Great light. Very comfortable. Thicker than I expected. Nice!Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he has already used it 3 times, haha. With it getting dark so early now he has been finding himself finishing up out at the grill after dark and this is perfect for him to keep his head warm being outside and still be able to see. He used to use head lamps but was always setting the head lamp down and couldn't find it. Now he doesn't have that problem! He's really happy with it :) Excited to use it camping, too!! Same thing with setting down the head lamp in the dark and then no being able to find it.I bought this for my husband that works for hwy dept driving truck pushing snow from hwy. Thought this would help at times. He thinks so too. Hope it does!!I have bought this beanie for so many people for Christmas. Some people prefer batteries over the USB because if the USB port breaks down the road, a whole new beanie needs to be purchased. The batteries used in this beanie are really easy to find and cheap to purchase and will ensure longevity. It is a great fit. My boyfriend usually has a tough time wearing beanies because of his larger head, but this beanie covers his ears completely. It's more useful than you realize and is definitely a good buy.
