These arrived the other day, along with their 3-spot plate match; on arrival, the shades of both singles were in pieces so I contacted Amazon. They will send replacements without me having to return the broken items, no arguments, no fuss so I am well impressed! As for the actual spot lights, all I can say for now is that they look great and feel solid; will update review when they are installed.Update: I am still very pleased with these! The light is bright and warm and I am fussy about the quality of the light in any space. I certainly recommend these. Note: the Amazon product details state that the light is dimmable while the Philips website states that it is not. I did not install a dimmer switch so I wouldn't know.
